All PhD Students are requestes to prepare and deliver to Doctoral School Office within 11.04-30.04.2023 following documents:
- report on Public Review Session form (the report must be completed in Polish and English and have all the required signatures and stamps)
- poster (applies to PhD students signed in the poster form of presentation – list attached); poster in A1 format (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm), vertically, please include the school's logo in English, pdf version ready for printing;
- multimedia presentation (list of PhD students attached)
Please send mentioned above documents by e-mail no later than April 30, 2023. (also the report in WORD without signatures) to aleksandra.czekalska@umed.lodz.pl. Please put in the subject: the name of the doctoral student, the year of education with the note PRS and the form of presentation.
From now on, you have the opportunity of booking a visit through the electronic registration system from the Virtual Univeristy level.
To register an appointment at the Doctoral Student Service Center you are required:
- to log in to the Virtual University
- to click the “Doctoral Student Service Center appointments” tab
- to select an available date and time of the appointment in the calendar (the green colour indicates available hours, the red colour indicates booked hours)
- at the bottom of the calendar you will see the selected date and time of the appointment.
- when you click “Sign up”, you will see information on successful booking of the day and time of your appointment at the top of the calendar.
A doctoral student registered for a visit may provide several Reports – Public Reporting Session (please verify whether the document has all the required signatures and stamps in the original versions – scans of signatures are not allowed.)
